I combine product thinking with hands-on engineering — shipping customer-facing digital products end-to-end. My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, frontend engineering, and AI. I frame the problem, design the experience, and ship the code that makes it real.
Product × Engineering × AI isn't a title on a slide — it's how I work. Framing the problem, designing the experience, and shipping the code are one continuous practice, and AI is a lens on all three.
Over 15+ years my work has evolved from frontend engineering into product-oriented engineering — building customer-facing experiences, shaping product decisions, and using technology to solve real customer problems.

Product Engineer / UI Engineer
Led end-to-end frontend for License Plate Vehicle Search — a response to an 18–25% VIN-based lookup failure rate. Extended GraphQL for dynamic vehicle attributes; collaborated with product, design and engineering to enhance discovery (bed length, aspiration) and shipped vehicle-editing workflow updates from Figma.
Product Engineer / UI Engineer
Led frontend product development across Sam's Club membership — Join redesign, Upgrade, Renew, Convert and partner-sponsored memberships. Delivered flagship initiatives including Sponsor Membership, One-Click Renewal (authored PRD) and a configurable Promotions framework. Extended GraphQL, ran cookie-based A/B testing, and drove migration to Walmart's Glass framework and Living Design. Used Quantum Metric, Splunk and OpenObserve to investigate friction; led accessibility across Renew, Upgrade and Convert.

Product, engineering, and AI aren't separate tracks I switch between — they're one integrated way of working. Here's what I lean on in each.
Selected work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI — each one framed as a problem I chose to solve, not a résumé bullet.
A community discovery platform bringing every Karnataka-related organization, event, place and service in the US into one structured product — instead of fragments scattered across WhatsApp groups, org websites, Facebook, Instagram and newsletters.
An intelligent personalization surface that used customer behavior and order history to bring the right membership perks to the right member at the right moment — instead of a generic perks page.
A self-serve activation flow for employer-sponsored memberships — collapsing a manual, multi-team hand-off into a single onboarding experience that unlocked a new B2B2C channel.
A few principles I lean on across product, engineering, and AI.
Discovery before decisions. If I can't say the user's problem in a single sentence, I don't have it yet.
Journeys, not screens. Friction hides in the seams between systems, teams, and hand-offs.
I own the frontend implementation, so product decisions get tested against reality — not slideware.
LLMs earn their place when they make the product genuinely more useful. I look for that fit, not the buzz.
Ship, measure, learn, adjust. Instrumentation beats intuition every time.
The best products come from tight collaboration between product, design, engineering, and the customer.
Community work where I get to practice exactly what product asks of me — coordination, ownership, and customer experience at scale.
